Mountain Camp Woodside is accepting new staff applications for the 2015 summer.
Positions are available for experienced, responsible and enthusiastic leaders who are interested in devoting their summer to working with children in a positive, outdoor environment.
We will be looking for outstanding role models who want to inspire youth and create memories that will last a lifetime.
Skills such as lifeguarding, swim instructing, dance, mountain biking, arts and crafts, soccer, tennis, basketball, photography, yoga and guitar are particularly desirable. Some specific positions such as videographer, photographer, musician will be asked to submit videos or examples of their work.
Coordinator Positions - These coordinator tasks are in addition to regular camp counselor duties. Coordinator positions are most often filled by returning counselors, but are open to first year counselors as well.
- Arts & Crafts – Work several periods/day at A&C, oversee organization and cleanliness of area, manage purchasing, schedule all period activities, train all activity staff on projects. Come up with new/creative ideas. Applicants will be asked to submit examples of previous craft projects.
- Mountain Bikes – Clean, repair and maintain all bikes. Organize bike area. Learn and be knowledgeable about existing mountain bike trails and look for new trails. Coordinate ordering of supplies with Program Director.

Prospective applicants must be able to work the entire summer and be available for our mandatory Staff Training. Unfortunately, we do not have the capability to provide for any days off.
- Staff Training: June 7th - 13th
- Start of Camp: June 14th
- End of Camp: August 8th
- Mandatory Camp Pack-Up: August 9th - 11th
